After your Starlight Tree is ordered, you will receive a small, thoughtfully prepared package from us. Inside is a soft ash collection pouch for gathering a very small amount - just a few spoonfuls. Clear, simple instructions are included, and we are always here should you need guidance.

There is no rush.

To ensure everything is carefully protected in transit, the pouch is placed inside a discreet waterproof sleeve before mailing. This keeps your child’s ashes safe and secure on their journey to us.

You will also receive a prepaid, addressed envelope. When the time feels right, simply seal it and place it in your local mailbox. Nothing further is required.

From there, your child’s Starlight Tree begins its quiet growing journey in our care. The ashes are handled with deep respect and gently blended into nourishing soil.

Throughout this time, your tree remains tended, protected, and watched over. Monthly update photographs will be shared with you until your tree is ready to come home.
