Once your Tribute Tree has been ordered, we will guide you through each step with care.

Shortly after ordering, you will receive your Tribute Tree Stewardship Kit - thoughtfully prepared to make this process simple and clear.

Inside, you’ll find:

• Two labelled ash collection bags - one for a small portion and one for a larger portion
• Clear, step-by-step instructions
• A prepaid, pre-addressed return box with an attached document sleeve
  

When you’re ready:

1. Choose the collection bag that feels right - a small portion or a larger portion. You're welcome to send all of the ashes.
2. Place the ashes into the selected bag and seal it.
3. Place the sealed bag into the prepaid return box.
4. Insert the cremation certificate into the document sleeve attached to the outside of the box.
5. Return the box through any Canada Post mailbox at your own pace.

The process is simple, with nothing additional to purchase and no complicated paperwork.

Once we receive the ashes, your Tribute Tree begins its cultivation in our care. The process typically takes four to 12 weeks, depending on the amount sent, and we’ll confirm your exact timeline once they arrive.

Your loved one’s ashes are respectfully received, carefully tracked using your unique ID, and gently incorporated into a specially prepared soil blend as the tree establishes strong, healthy roots.
