A Tribute Tree is a living memorial, thoughtfully prepared and rooted in care.

Living things require ongoing attention, and we stand behind the health and integrity of every tree we send into the world.

If your Tribute Tree does not thrive within its first year, and the provided care guidelines have been followed, we will replace it.

Shipping costs for the replacement tree are the responsibility of the family. Each replacement is tended and prepared with the same care, intention, and respect as the original.

Our commitment does not end at delivery. We remain available to support you as your memorial takes root and grows.

Many families choose our White Glove Delivery & Planting service to ensure their tree is properly planted and set up to thrive from the start.

Promise Details

• The Living Promise applies for one year from the date of delivery.

• Care guidelines provided at the time of planting must be followed.

• If your tree shows signs of distress, we ask that you notify us promptly so we may provide guidance and support.

• In the unlikely event a tree does not thrive, a photograph and brief description will allow us to thoughtfully assess the situation.

• The promise includes one replacement tree.

• Replacement trees do not contain additional ashes. Many families choose to incorporate a small amount of soil from the original planting site into the new tree, carrying that connection forward.

• Families are responsible for shipping costs associated with the replacement.

• This promise does not extend to loss resulting from extreme weather events, fire, flooding, wildlife damage, accidental destruction, relocation after planting, or neglect.
